By using the Aligner Studio website and purchasing our services, you agree to the following terms. These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.

1. Eligibility & Your Health

To use Aligner Studio, you must be at least 18 years old. Our aligners are intended for minor to moderate orthodontic corrections.

Mandatory Requirement: You must have had a dental check-up and cleaning within the last 6 months and have no active tooth decay, gum disease, or loose teeth.

2. Nature of Service

Aligner Studio provides custom-manufactured clear aligners. Our service is a "Remote Orthodontic Treatment" directed by UK-qualified dental professionals. While we strive for perfection, biological responses to treatment vary, and specific results cannot be 100% guaranteed.

3. Payments & Custom Orders

Custom Manufacturing

Aligners are custom-made specifically for your dental anatomy. Once manufacturing begins, the order cannot be cancelled.

No Refunds

Due to the bespoke nature of dental medical devices, we do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges once the aligners are produced.

4. Your Responsibilities

Wear Time: You must wear aligners for 22 hours per day.
Progress Photos: You must upload progress photos as requested by our clinical team.
Dental Work: Avoid non-essential dental work (crowns, bridges) during treatment as this will change your tooth shape and void the fit guarantee.

5. Refinements & Guarantee

If you reach the end of your treatment and your results do not match your 3D plan (provided you followed all wear instructions), Aligner Studio may provide refinement aligners at no extra cost. This is subject to clinical approval and must be requested within 14 days of finishing your final stage.
